Good Morning ladies! Are you ready for our next BlackGirlsdoPiYo (& more!) challenge?
A few changes:
1) This challenge will be only 30 days, not 60. (i.e. you have only FOUR weeks each round to kick it in gear, make the most of each week and show up every day!)
2) You must have a BeachBody on Demand Membership (new members sign up here: http://bit.ly/RajOnDemand )
3) This challenge is open to any and all workout programs. You don’t have to do PiYo, you can do whichever BB program you’d like!
4) We have reduced the registration fee to $20 (for returning members only, sign up here: http://bit.ly/BGDPPiYoReg )
Coach @Hansa Ben has just completed her full YTT Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Training and is also a BodyWork Instructor! 🤗💞 She will be leading us in some live meditation sessions, and maybe a few yoga workouts as well.
Coach @Renee Traylor will be focusing on 21Day Fix for any of you ladies who love that program and want to follow it for the 4 week’s.
Coach @Kim Ford and I, Coach @Rajdulari will be focusing on strength training. We’ll be doing tons of weight lifting workouts and following programs like Autumn Calabrese’s ‘80 Day Obession’, ‘22MinHardCorps’, and ‘ShiftShop’.
We’ll also be continuing our nutrition tips, meal planning, and providing you with even more motivation around your water intake and nutrition.
